Bead is building the future of auditing. We believe that recent AI developments will enable a dramatic shift from being a checkbox compliance burden to a world where auditors can be trusted risk navigators, providing companies with the assurance needed to adjust to changes continuously. Starting with automating SOX 404 audits we take the manual work off their shoulders to leave time to focus on curiosity, judgment, and the stories only humans can tell.

Founded by Alexey and Tobi, who have spent the past 15 years building and scaling some of the most innovative technology companies, Bead was selected by a16z to join the fifth speedrun cohort to accelerate this vision.

We are a small, product-obsessed team based out of San Francisco, driven by the ambition to use AI to reinvent a whole industry.
