Anti-Spam Policy
Prohibition on unsolicited advertising
Bead AI prohibits advertising or promoting usebead.ai, its subdomains, or Bead AI products and services through unsolicited electronic messages. This policy applies to Bead AI, our employees, contractors, affiliates, marketing partners, and any third party acting on our behalf, regardless of the sending domain or service used.
This prohibition includes unsolicited promotional email, calendar invitations, and messages containing links or redirects to our website. Public availability of an email address, a purchased contact list, or a visit to our website does not by itself constitute consent to receive promotional messages.
Consent and sending requirements
Senders must obtain permission before sending promotional messages and retain a record of that permission. Mailing-list subscriptions must be an explicit opt-in; consent must not be inferred from a public profile or website visit.
Messages must accurately identify the sender and provide a clear, working way to stop further promotional messages. Senders must promptly honor unsubscribe requests and spam complaints, and must not re-add a recipient without renewed permission. Purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped addresses must not be used to send unsolicited promotions.
Requested replies, agreed meeting invitations, and necessary account, security, support, or service messages may be sent for their stated purpose. They must not be used to bypass the consent requirement for advertising.
Third parties and enforcement
Anyone authorized to promote Bead AI must follow this policy. Bead AI may suspend or terminate a sender’s authorization for violations and require the offending activity to stop. Using another domain, tracking link, or intermediary does not exempt a sender from these requirements.
Report unwanted messages
To report a message that appears to violate this policy or to request that promotional contact stop, email alexey@usebead.ai. If possible, include the original message and full headers so we can investigate its source. Please remove unrelated confidential information before sharing it.
We will investigate reports and take appropriate corrective action. A third party’s unauthorized use of our name or website does not give that party permission to send unsolicited messages.
